JOB DESCRIPTION

Wireless Engineer

l Network Design: Designing and planning wireless networks, including coverage, capacity, and interference analysis, in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.

l Network Deployment: Overseeing the installation and configuration of wireless network equipment, including base stations, antennas, and access points, ensuring proper alignment with network design specifications.

l Network Optimization: Conducting performance analysis and troubleshooting of wireless networks, identifying and resolving issues such as signal degradation, capacity constraints, and interference problems to optimize network performance.

l Network Upgrades: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network upgrades, including software updates, hardware enhancements, and network expansion projects to meet evolving customer needs.

l Network Monitoring: Implementing network monitoring and management tools to proactively monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and ensure smooth operation of the wireless network infrastructure.

l Technical Support: Providing technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting network-related issues, and delivering effective solutions within agreed timelines.

l Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, solutions implemented, troubleshooting steps, and project progress. Generating regular reports on network performance and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• l Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• l Basic knowledge in wireless communication technologies, including 3G, 4G.
• l Strong learning ability and teamwork ability.
• l Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Certification in relevant wireless network technologies or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Huawei l HCIA/HCIP) would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery management, with a strong track record of successful project completion.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering service procurement fulfilment processes, including category management, PTP, and PO management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, problem identification, and process optimization within the service fulfilment domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP, RDPM, or PLDP certification preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
