Supervise the time of unloading and return of the containers in the warehouse
Request checks for tax payments and suppliers.
Prepare monthly statistics of the services offered.
Send, receive and follow up on the documentation made by Brokers.
Receive and follow up the pre-alerts in different origins.
Coordinate the transport of containers to different stations.
Prepare letters, applications and permits required by customs
Follow up the customs brokers and clerks on the customs clearance process
Report eventualities in the agreed times for operations.
Advise and recommend improvement opportunities in the internal processes of the account.
Maintain close communication with the customs agency and state agencies.
Generate and update operational report.
Provide internal customer service of the assigned account.
Continuously monitor everything concerning the operations of the account.
Responsible for creation of Job orders and data entry in Ops log/ Cargo wise
Detect and report non-conformities to create improvement opportunities in your area.

Industrial Engineering, International Business or related careers
Between 1 and 2 years in similar positions
Knowledge of the logistics business and maritime cargo and customs. Ability to prepare reports and / or metrics
Availability of extended hours
Logistical Knowledge
Basic Customs Processes Knowledge
Customs Tariffs Knowledge
MS Office Excel
