Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of our engineering service projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of service fulfilment operations, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Drive project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Leverage project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as required.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize service fulfilment processes by identifying and implementing improvements, reducing operational costs, and enhancing service delivery efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions to overcome project challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery management, with a strong track record of successful project completion.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering service procurement fulfilment processes, including category management, PTP, and PO management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, problem identification, and process optimization within the service fulfilment domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP, RDPM, or PLDP certification preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
