We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support the development and presentation of technical solutions to customers.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically driven individual with approximately 1–3 years of experience who is interested in developing a career in technical sales and pre-sales engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying customer technical requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Assist with preparing technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Cisco products, networking technologies, and related solutions.
• Support the development of technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work with senior engineers and sales professionals to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Meet assigned deadlines and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant technical experience preferred in networking, IT, telecommunications, systems engineering, technical sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree is NOT mandatory. We will strongly consider relevant technical experience, training, and certifications.
• Knowledge of Cisco products and networking technologies.
• CCNA or relevant Cisco training/certification is an advantage.
• Additional certifications in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT infrastructure are an asset.
