Responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery of engineering service projects, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong project management, service delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and close engineering service projects in line with defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements, using appropriate project management methodologies.
• Support continuous improvements within service fulfillment processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate and support project teams, providing guidance and assistance to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Identify project risks, operational issues, and potential delays, and assist in developing effective solutions and data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Proven experience in project delivery, project coordination, or a similar role within an engineering or service environment.
• Knowledge of service procurement and fulfilment processes, including category management, PTP/P2P, and PO management.
• Good understanding of end-to-end operations and process optimisation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP, RDPM, or PLDP certification is preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
